Photos of all of the buildings you already recognise

Can’t go to the Louvre without a shot like this.
Saw this sweet piece of African art at the Louvre. Very happy with how the photo came out!
So many epic ceilings.
Natalie, dwarfed by a giant painting. I still don’t really understand the logistics of how these are painted
More ceiling. Wouldn’t be Europe without a few well placed pieces of homo-eroticism!
I’m not sure what I’m trying to achieve with these captions. They fall short.
This ancient Egyptian carving was from about (if memory serves) 4.5 thousand years ago.
This pleasing staircase.

I really liked the contrast between the white fluffy clouds and blue sky on one side, and the dark foreboding clouds on the other.

On the walking tour in Montmartre. This is the same arrondissement that we were staying in.
Rainbow Gandalf!
A cult figure of Montmartre. Allegedly, this guy could walk through walls, and was frequently being arrested for doing so (as if it stopped him). Our tour guide said he spend his time walking through walls and having sex with other peoples wives. Of course the French love him.
Parisian street art. A boob and a butt.
The picturesque streets of Montmartre.
Natalie and this excellently old wall.

The controversial Sacre Coeur. Beloved of tourists (for good reason, it’s very impressive), and generally despised by the Parisians.

Paris. From the top of Montmartre.
Despite it being pretty cold, we had some really stunning weather.
Paris being Paris, there are fancy statues on any given corner.

<Insert caption here>

You know what this is, don’t play coy.
Some of the stained glass windows from inside Notre Dame de Paris.

Out the window of our accommodation, I spied a ginger cat.
