Stupidly beautiful buildings

(I’m skipping Poland for now, even though we were in Wroclaw before Prague, so that I can combine Wroclaw and Krakow into one post)

This will be a common theme of this post. Ridiculously photogenic buildings.
The famous astrological clock.
Bubbles!

A man killing a dragon (or crocodile?)
The dancing building. I missed it the first time I was in Prage, but not this time!

In the distance, Prague Castle.
Natalie and I climbed up to a fortress, away from the main tourist area, this was on the cathedral there.
The view was, of course, stunning.

I really love cobbled streets. As much as they are a pain to walk on for long periods of time, I still can’t be mad.
More dynamic skies.
The cathedral at Prague castle.

Some of the unique gargoyles.

The outside of a former royal palace.
Views views views.
Charles bridge. It’s packed. I don’t remember it being that busy the last time I was here (10 years ago).
Wallenstein Gardens. Here Hercules kills a something.

Many statues of Greek heros.
Immaculate gardens.
The grotesque wall. I remember spying this from the castle last time I was here with my family, so we decided to make our way there to check it out. It’s just as good now as it was then, and blissfully empty compared to some of the other sights in Prague.

The decoration of the amphitheater at the gardens.

On the Vltava river, it’s possible to do this.
Nothing says ‘Europe’ like a system of functional tram lines (take note, Christchurch).
At our favourite beer/cider stopping point on the banks of the Vltava.
The buildings here are stunning, but they become even more so at twilight.
