Camping in Namibia is full of excitement and challenges. This is easily the cheapest way to find accommodation in Namibia (without staying at a lodge!). Campsites in Namibia can be a great place to find a pool, meet new friends, and watch the stars. Here’s what we did to get the most out of our trip.
We spent a month self driving in Namibia in March of 2018. We drove across the border with South Africa in the south, making our way to the coast at Lüderitz, inland through the desert and then back to the coast at Swakopmund. We left Namibia via Etosha, and then the Caprivi region before heading south into Botswana.
